Prescott Bio Canada maintains a quality system designed for traceability, precision, and documentation at every stage. Our processes are built to support audit-ready operations and lot-level accountability.

Batch-Level Traceability

Every product is assigned a unique lot number at the point of manufacture. This lot number is carried through receiving, testing, storage, and shipment. Certificates of Analysis are generated per lot and made available for download through verified accounts.

Analytical Testing

Purity is determined by High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC). Identity is confirmed by Mass Spectrometry (MS). Analytical results are provided from independent laboratories. Each Certificate of Analysis records the specific method parameters, equipment, and conditions used for that lot.

Documentation Standards

Safety Data Sheets follow the Globally Harmonized System (GHS) format and comply with WHMIS requirements. SDS documents are available in English and French. All documentation is accessible to verified account holders through the product pages.

Storage and Handling

Products are stored under controlled conditions as specified on the product label and COA. All products ship as lyophilized powder. Storage conditions and handling requirements are documented on both the product label and the accompanying Certificate of Analysis.
