Shipping Information

Domestic Shipping

We ship within Canada only. All shipments are made via tracked domestic carriers. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Tracking information is provided by email once the shipment is dispatched.

Packaging

Products are shipped in temperature-appropriate packaging. All products ship as lyophilized powder, which is stable at ambient temperature for short transit periods. For specific storage requirements after receipt, refer to the product label and Certificate of Analysis.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary by destination within Canada. Most shipments arrive within 2 to 5 business days after dispatch. Prescott Bio Canada is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Customs and Declarations

We declare shipments accurately. We do not mislabel contents. Shipments may be reviewed at the border. The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

Risk of Loss

Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. If a shipment is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.
