Terms of Sale

1. Research Use Only
All products sold by Prescott Bio Canada are for laboratory research use only (in vitro). By placing an order, the buyer certifies that all products are purchased solely for in vitro laboratory research by qualified personnel and will not be used in humans or animals. Products are not sold for diagnostic, therapeutic, or clinical use.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD). Payment is processed through our secure payment provider. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received and an order confirmation email is sent. Prescott Bio Canada reserves the right to modify pricing without prior notice.
3. Shipping
We ship within Canada only via tracked domestic carriers. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier. We declare shipments accurately and do not mislabel contents. Shipments may be reviewed at the border.
4. Returns
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of our products, returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Products that have been opened, reconstituted, or stored improperly cannot be returned. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order if there is a quality concern.
5. Order Review and Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled and refunded if we suspect non-research intent. Prescott Bio Canada reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Accounts that do not meet verification criteria may be restricted.
6. Restricted Use Obligations
The buyer agrees not to resell products to consumers, use products in humans or animals, use products for diagnostic or therapeutic purposes, or provide products to any party that intends such use. The buyer indemnifies Prescott Bio Canada against any claims arising from misuse of products.
7. Export and Import
The buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable export and import regulations. Prescott Bio Canada ships within Canada only and does not facilitate international shipments.
8. Record Retention
Prescott Bio Canada retains order records, documentation, and correspondence in accordance with applicable regulations. We will cooperate with lawful requests from regulatory authorities.
9. Limitation of Liability
Prescott Bio Canada’s liability is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
